"This is a great property in wonderful location just inside the city walls. One thing, we didn’t realize there was no elevator and upon check in discovered we were on the third floor. A lovely room but a little much for two seniors and four bags. A quick text message to the staff and we were moved down a floor. Very much appreciated! Very generous space in this medieval property. Pulizia ineccepibile così come la cortesia del personale e la colazione, con varietà di prodotti non ampissima ma di ottima qualità. La stanza prenotata era abbastanza essenziale e il bagno seppure ben curato non era finestrato. L'aspiratore del bagno era incredibilmente rumoroso, così come l'impianto refrigerante della stanza. "Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!"
