Luckily we were there on a cool night so the lack of air conditioning was okay but a fan would be nice to keep the air moving. Breakfast was lack luster and the bed pillows could use updating. "For a 3-star hotel, this was an incredibly lovely place to stay. It is quaint hotel with a lovely garden and a gorgeous dining room looking out at the garden. The bed was quite stiff (not like firm which is desirable) and strangely short. My husband's feet had to dangle beyond the bed. It is quite difficult to find and there is no sign outside. "

"Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood, close to many Portugal highlights. The hosts are truly amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. Very good breakfast in the owners' dining hall. It was very refreshing to dip into the pool on a hot afternoon.
