Good location next to the mall and the old part of the city. Sunday at five there is faro music in the lobby. Bed was rock hard. Decor was nice

Booked a suite room which was a good size. Hotel staff friendly and hotel was in good condition, clean and well equipped. Dinner was excellent and breakfast was similar to any or all hotels.

Sana Silver Coast is in a good location to visit Narare, Peniche and Obidos. Leonarda and others at front desk and breakfast were very helpful. Convenient parking under the hotel.

Situated in the centre of Caldas

It is a nice hotel situated in the centre of Caldas next to a shopping centre. The rooms are of good size, clean, comfortable, functional but not that modern in style. The breakfast was decent. The restaurant is rather pricy. We found an excellent fish restaurant on the backside of the hotel, below the shopping mall. Free parking was offered in the garage of the shopping centre. Internet is reliable.

The air conditioning in our room did not work. We reported it to the desk, and a staff person went to our room and supposedly did a work around with the thermostat. It didnā€™t work. Thermostat was set to 17 and it was 27 in our room. At 2:00 am we were opening the window. Our room felt like a sauna. At checkout, we were offered apologies but no compensation.

Lovely hotel but we arrived during the power outage that hit all of Portugal. We had no internet nor a warm mealā€¦.but staff were extremely helpful. Somehow they managed a lovely salad and drinks. Parking was difficult.
