"We travelled from the South of Spain in the summer to go somewhere cooler that had access to Golf, and plenty of space for our two dogs. Most days were 23C or thereabouts, and the property is on the edge of some great dog walking tracks. Pool was warm and clean, and property comfortable and everything worked well during our stay."

"Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again."

"We just got back from a 4 day stay at this gorgeous house and the only thing wrong was that it wasn’t long enough!! The pictures don’t do it justice. The house is spotless with a well appointed kitchen and lots of space on the three levels to relax. The beds are comfortable as is the rest of the furniture. And the views are incredible. The housekeeper and host are amazing. Very easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful. We look forward to returning to Casa Do Mar soon! Thank you!!"

"Sao Martinho is a jewel of a town and this place is close walking distance to everything. When the sun’s out, you couldn’t ask for a better place. Great yard with parking. "What a lovely home, with extraordinary views of the ocean. Our group of 4 couples was able to settle in easily, with all of the necessary comforts. During our stay, we enjoyed the nearby trail to the beach and the extensive walking/running trail along the main road. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked many meals there. "A beautiful villa which was very clean and had everything you would need. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had every utensil we needed. "This villa is exactly as the photos show.It is extremely well laid out and comfortable. The heated pool is absolutely brilliant and so enjoyable for everyone. Te area is quiet and a short walk to the beach or the local shops. Sao Martinho has a fantastic selection of restaurants for all tastes and budgets. "Such a fun town. Kevin was great with communication prior to check in. Only drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't working and that wasn't disclosed to us until checkin, hense the 3* on description. Nicola, the property mgr. was great to accommodate with fans. Location was wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to large grocery store and an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again."
