"Small, boutique hotel with beautiful rooms and common spaces. Breakfasts on the patio were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet, but only about a 10 minute walk down to the central area of town. There is no dedicated parking and the street it is on is closed to cars (pedestrian and cafe seating only), but it wasn't hard to find street parking nearby (free) and then bring our luggage inside. Alessandra, the manager, was so welcoming and had great recommendations."

"Our stay at the home was nothing short of spectacular. The home itself is a work of art, but the setting is so amazing as well. We spent many happy hours swimming in the pool and admiring the view of Noto from the hilltop. Everything in the home worked as expected. Tina, the property manager, was so, so helpful. She got us checked in late the night of our arrival and then helped us with dinner reservations during our stay. The only negative comment, and this is absolutely nitpicking, was that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms because of how large and open the main living area of the house is. This absolutely makes sense, but given every day was in the mid-90s, the main living area was mostly unusable during the middle portion of the day. I say this more so people understand than anything else. We did not let it affect our enjoyment of the property and chose to spend more time outside, with an hour or so resting in the bedrooms (actually a blessing in disguise given how much we did) if we were home during the day. I would absolutely recommend this home!"

"A large property just outside of central Noto, but walkable. Huge and easily accessible parking lot was appreciated. Breakfast service could use one more coffee machine- line got long at times. Access to pool is a bit of a walk and getting around inside of this huge property can be confusing but overall, a nice stay. "
