"There is no breakfast on offer The description said there was a rooftop terrace, there was not, and when I asked about it, I was very rudely rebuffed, saying it is only for certain rooms and not mine. The manager was surly and acted as if it was an imposition to be dealing with guest. He was there for check-in and then disappeared. Check out is at 10 and he will not keep your luggage later than 12 as he will not be there. There was no information about the password for the free Wi-Fi anywhere, and when I messaged him about it, I got no response. Finally, I was unable to get the key out of the door in the evening and so we’re stuck in my room, again no response to my urgent plea for help. I had to contact Expedia, and then he arrived in a very bad mood and treated me like an idiot for having trouble with the key. A very bad experience. Thank goodness Expedia stepped in and helped. Excellent service from Expedia. Glad I booked through them. Apart from that, if you come by train, be aware, it is a long uphill walk to the hotel on bumpy pavements. The room itself was OK, I especially liked the fluffy very clean, white towels."

"Grazie Giovani ! A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality. The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco. The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled. I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home."

"Very quirky and cute little bed and breakfast walking distance to the town center. Enjoyed our stay but there is a dog in the complex that barks all night. Also pay attention when booking because breakfast is included but the booking site asks you to add it for a fee. I would give it a five for cuteness and convenience if the dog is dealt with ☺️"

"Very well located near beautiful historic area of Noto. Owners are very helpful and friendly. They also run an excellent restaurant nearby. This is a b and b, not a full service hotel. "

"Excellent location in Noto. Room was a little above basic but clean. Bathroom was spacious and included some toiletries. Appreciated having shelves in bathroom to put toiletries, etc. Wifi had strong signal. Staff was helpful but thought they would be a little more helpful based on other reviews. Breakfast was excellent. Coffee and tea made with love and care, and items appeared fresh with a lovely presentation. Although parking is not onsite, it is not too cumbersome; staff was helpful in explaining and providing parking options. If coming by car and parking, a consideration is that it may be a little hectic bringing large and/or heavy luggage to hotel as many of the streets are uneven and are cobblestoned - beautiful characteristic of the town. Not sure if this is a property issue or Expedia issue - hotel did not acknowledge VIP status because they mentioned it was not communicated to them prior to check in. We have not experienced this in the past. Not sure if procedures regarding VIP status have changed. Staff mentioned that if VIP status is mentioned for a future stay, they will acknowledge it. "

"Comfortable and well equipped and also incredibly quiet at night despite being very close to the Cathedral and other attractions.Nunzia was very helpful regarding checking in and out and we had a wonderful few days seeing Noto, Syracuse, Scicli, Vendicari Nature Reserve and more."
