Great location super close and easily walkable to the main corridor where all the great restaurants and shops are located. Quiet and gorgeous sanctuary property. Room was in perfect condition and beautifully presented.

Beautiful property from the home to the gardens. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff and owner were very accommodating. I highly recommend if you’re going to Noto. Not even a five min walk to the markets and historic district. Can’t wait to go back

The room was tidy and clean when we arrived, but the building is a bit spooky at night with no lights on and the area surrounding the property isn’t super nice/doesn’t have a lot of foot traffic. There wasn’t any staff to greet us but the person who coordinated our check in was helpful and communicative. The shower in the room was a bit rickety and the soap was too fragrant, it smelled like cologne. This is definitely an older style building with its own charm.

We highly recommend choosing to stay here during your trip to Noto! We stopped in Noto for a night on our way to Taormina for our honeymoon and this adorable B&B did not disappoint. Myhriam was at the property to check us in upon arrival and was very kind, patient, and informative. Our room was well decorated, clean, and air conditioned. The location is perfect - right in central Noto and a couple blocks from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was delicious and waiting for us when we got up in the morning. There was a nice table made up and music playing in the courtyard. During our stay, Myhriam answered any questions we had via text very quickly which was much appreciated. If we ever find ourselves in Noto again, we will definitely be staying here again!

This B&B is located inside Villa Nicolaci, a perfectly restored Liberty-style villa owned by the last descendants of the famous noble family of Noto. The parking is ample just outside the property, and being already in the city center, reaching the main attractions is practically instantaneous. The owners have left nothing to chance. I was welcomed by the young Vincenzo, who enthusiastically went out of his way to make my stay special and impeccable from every point of view. I slept very well, woke up to the singing of birds, and shortly after enjoyed an excellent breakfast in the beautiful Arabic garden, ranging from continental dishes to local delights. Unfortunately, I also had to work during my very short stay, but the WiFi proved to be powerful and stable. An authentic, comfortable, and rewarding experience, highly recommended!

Très bel établissement. Très classe, très proche du centre historique de Noto et une hôte très sympathique, à l'écoute des besoins et très réactive. Notre séjour a été hyper agréable. le côté historique du bâtiment et du parc rajoutent au charme de l'endroit.
