This is a very interesting place set in an 18C mansion. The owner is very friendly and gave us a tour of the historic public rooms. The room was huge, very well heated (it’s January) and comfortable. The lovely garden under lemon trees was charming. Nice breakfast served in the sumptuous ballroom.
Hotel is a very charming old baroque palace. Pictures don't do the rooms justice. Very nice room (almost an apartment). Breakfast is in the beautiful garden and was very good.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. They even did a tour of the palace which used to be museum run by the same family that owns the hotel.
Location is very central in short walking distance from sightseeing, food and drinks.

Beautiful century-old palazzo still maintained by the owners' family, very close to the best restaurants and sights in beautiful Noto. Delicious breakfast in the beautiful garden.Highly recommended!
Interesting location. We enjoyed visiting the main building with the owner following the breakfast. Our accommodation was rather underwhelming however considering the overall location and price.
Very pleasant two-nights stay for a family (we thought we had a room but was actually a self-catering one with more space than expected!). We were mainly in the property to sleep as we used Noto as our base to travel around the nearby villages, towns and beaches. The overall property in which the accommodation is situated has a lot of history and Giovanni looks after it with pride!
Beautiful rooms in an old palace with beautiful gardens for guests to relax in.
Host gave us a tour of the palace, is owned by his family has owned.
Breakfast buffet hits the spot.
Great location, close to sires.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable mattress with a great AC unit!!! Important on those hot Sicilian nights.
I rented the suite which was very spacious and full of 18th century charm.
The host was very informative at check in, explaining how to navigate the city center. All staff were wonderfully friendly.
Breakfast was delicious each morning and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.
A highlight was a private tour of the main palazzo, built in 1726.

And amazing property in an excellent location to the main center of the city and easy walk. The property was originally built in the late 1600s the central garden is very nice and private the main house were they serve breakfast was period beautiful with frescos on the ceilings and all the rooms filled with antiques and period furniture. The host will give you a tour of the property and his family history.
Grazie Giovani !
A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality.
The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco.
The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled.
I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home.
Great location, quiet and off of the main strip and situated in a gorgeous building full of history. The garden is a convenient meeting place in the afternoons and late evening.
Ok so I have nothing against the B&B - lovely man, nice breakfast - rooms are a bit like priest cells with no proper windows but are OK. My main complaint is that the place is advertised with Parking. Please be aware it does not have parking - you park on the busy street if you are lucky enough to find a space nearby we did not - Knowing Noto quite well I search for properties with Parking and this says free parking which it does not have. if you class on street parking as free then all hotels and B&B's in Noto have free parking - I expected to find somewhere reserved to park. I think Hotels.com need to remove the free Parking from this hotel and will be requesting they remove this.
