Room size was good. Most staff were great. Some were a bit standoffish when I spoke english and then even a bit funny when I switched to speaking Japnese to them. I would this hotel a high 4 stars but the breakfast was so disappointing it drops the score majorly. Stay but dont get the breakfast option.

Nice accomidations, includes everything you might have forgotten in the lobby like hair straightner, hair band, face wash, etc. Literally a 3 minute walk away from Dontonbori. The walls are a little bit too thin though, I could hear everyone talking and laughing as I walked the hallway. Only 3 washer ...

Location is very near dotonburi, near namba, and also very close to the station, the amenities are adequate, rooms are clean, and the staff are very accommodating to your inquiries. But it is a big hotel near popular areas so if you like quiet this is not the hotel for you.
