The Towers in the Park is in need of a refurbishment. Our unit didnt have a plug to fit in the sink to do the dishes. The soap dispenser also wasnt working. The staff were helpful and the location was good.

Straight across from the park which is greqt for running, walking, reading... Beautiful greenary throught. Reception staff was lovely, bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and a good size. Great value for money.

My only complaint, and it might be my incompetence was that the TV turned on at 5am every morning and I couldn’t figure out how to stop it from doing that. Otherwise staff were nice, hotel in a good location overlooking Hagley Park.
