Straight across from the park which is greqt for running, walking, reading... Beautiful greenary throught. Reception staff was lovely, bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and a good size. Great value for money.

My only complaint, and it might be my incompetence was that the TV turned on at 5am every morning and I couldn’t figure out how to stop it from doing that. Otherwise staff were nice, hotel in a good location overlooking Hagley Park.

Great value for money, my room was spacious, bed was comfy and came back to a clean room everyday due to fantastic housekeeping team, fantastic location and nice and quiet. Highly recommend if your looking for somewhere affordable and in a great location

This was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in. We may as well have camped outside on the grass next to the road. No noise insulation at all. Staff didn't understand English nor have a grasp of treating their guests with respect. This motel had the absolute minimum of everything, with the exception of road noise and unfriendly staff. You know when someone smiles at you when you are speaking but just wants you to go away.
