We had a fantastic stay here, everything was great! The apartment was modern and very well equipped with good quality items. Everything was clean and with little extras, such as cheese and crackers, chocolate biscuits, hot chocolate, and good coffee with milk. The owner was really friendly and super helpful. It was fairly quiet, so we had a good sleep. I would definitely stay here again and would totally recommend.

Fave place to stay! Beautiful, warm, quiet and the extra touches like soup, cheese and crackers and Nescafé pods just top it all off. The hosts are so lovely and were even kind enough upgrade our room this time. Will always stay here when we travel to Christchurch!

Milano was amazing. The staff Ed and Esmae went out of their way to make sure everything I needed was sorted. Beautiful renovated quiet room with a great shower!

First Class - why stay anywhere else!

We had a great stay at Milano. From the friendly, helpful owners to the immaculate unit. Everything was first class and the little extra nibbles, soup etc., were appreciated. The motel is in a very convenient area, supermarket, within a great mall is nearby, as is the bus into the city right outside. Even a lovely garden to sit in and enjoy.

Good location. Clear and well presented. Disappointed no batteries in heat pump control (had to turn on and off on the unit), no bathmat and no information on how to access Netflix. Unfortunately no in the office to be able help when we needed it.
