Friendly receptionist, but motel is located quite a distance away from city area on the other side of Hagley Park However, walking through the beautiful park to city is enjoyable though it may take about 30 min

I found the property to be good value for money. Perhaps house keeping can be still better, as I found the toilet seat not clean when we checked in, tea cups were not cleaned each day.

Loved the big spacious room. Super comfortable beds, pristine linen, super clean, great shower. Modern and smart inside. Pleasant and efficient staff. Fantastic location with Hagley Park 1 minute’s walk and a fun 20minute electric scooter to city centre! Only drawback was the particularly’awkward to walk up with heavy cases’ stairs to our second floor room. Otherwise my 22yr old daughter and I loved our stay. Thank you (:
