"Stayed Friday to Sunday and my room wasn’t made up on the Saturday. Came back to same room with beds unmade. Also when I checked into the room the little things matter. Hairs or pubic hairs scattered in the bathroom. When you pick up to use the phone people don’t want to see a nasty ass hair on the phone keys. Makes you think what else they are neglecting. Wouldn’t stay here again. Just being honest"

"Rooms are really small and it seems like they didn’t take their time to clean it. The bathroom was not clean and had empty body wash and hand soap dispensers. The staff there weren’t welcoming either. Overpriced for a room that was dark and had a bad odor to it. Spent the night then checked out as soon as we could. Never again. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh, delicious, and there was such a good variety of items to choose from. The staff was pleasant & professional. Absolutely loved this hotel & will definitely vist again. There were tons of restaurants & shopping on the next block. Garretts popcorn right across the street from hotel. Hotel is beautiful & rooms were clean with lots of amenities. Great place to stay!"

"Ordered a high floor room and it didn't really seemed like a high floor. Overall, stay did it's job and the front desk staff is amazing! Hate that Everytime I went to the bar no one was available though."

"Shoutouts to the night receptionist who helped me the 16th of May. I booked the dormitory and someone had used my assigned bunk which sucked because it was 1 in the morning (this was not Stay 424’s fault). I called it in and within the hour I was rebooked to another accommodation. Stay 424 has won my business for any future trips to Chicago on customer service alone. I think you’d struggle to find anywhere else where management has your back at 1 AM like that"
