"Such a lovely place in a great location! It's near metro stations and close to the supermarket. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :) "
"The property was very clean and easily accessible and service was amazing . E.g Our Coffee Machine was not working initially, as soon as informed housekeeper, he changed it within an hour.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone. "
"The stay was very well priced for the time we were there! The location is also perfect as the station five minutes away has connections to numerous lines. The room was very clean, and the bathrooms were neat!"
"Really poor stay from start to finish: tiny room and bathroom, barely presentable, non-working wifi. I would only stay here out of desperation - you’re better off elsewhere "

"Very pleasant and friendly Filipino Staff during Check in & check out . Except for the big guy who 's on duty last night..he ignored my friend eho wants to ask for a towel . He didn't even say hi when she was there standing and waiting for a long time. My friend was upset. Nevertheless , Hotel is excellent and the Team Filipino Staff. Two thumbs up! Honored to meet the Big Boss on the 1st day. Well recommended.

"The hotel and staff in general were brilliant. The position of the hotel in relation to public transport to the centre of Vienna was ideal. The Schonbrunn Palace was within walking distance...just over 1km. Very clean, comfortable beds and good size bedrooms.
Would have liked a more varied breakfast...plenty of food there but the same buffet every morning...switching it up a bit would be welcome.
All in all we would def visit it again."
"This was a shirt stay of one night only. We were greeted well at reception and without too much fuss. The room was mostly good, but lacked a kitchen towel and a place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom. The aircon was a boon in quite high temperatures, even in mid September. We had a quiet and pleasant night’s sleep. "
"Loved the family loft we had as a family of 4 with small children. Appreciated the laundry services available. The place itself is well kept and has a lot to offer. The rooms are modern and well designed. Would definitely stay here again "
