"The property was beautiful, hillside with great views. Walking to your room may be a challenge as it is very steep however they do offer shuttles up to your residence. The beach is calm, beautiful with great waters. The restaurants on the property are very expensive with sucky food, no real flavor, no good quality service even though they say it’s “luxury”. This property is not a luxury property even though they charge like one. The pillows in our room were stained and so were the towels. A bit disappointed with this property. "

"Bay Gardens is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The staff is very nice and diligent. They keep the property very clean. I am lookimg to staying there again when I visit St Lucia. "

"Beautiful resort with stunning views of the Pitons and a unique chocolate-themed experience. The grounds are peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the food is very expensive for the portion sizes, and pricing isn’t always clear upfront. Some excursions and transportation also felt overpriced or poorly coordinated. Keep in mind the hotel isn’t on the beach, so getting there requires a shuttle or taxi. The highlight of my trip was actually exploring the island outside the resort—highly recommend doing that. Overall, a great stay for the views and experience, but plan ahead for costs and activities."

"We always book a night or two at Bay Gardens Beach when in town. We come back because of that at home feel. I love the coffee service and meal options. It would be nice to see an investment in the pool area. "
