"Stayed overnight for a concert in Sunderland, hotel was full for the night so busy but all the staff were very friendly. Didn't use many of the facilities but it was a lovely comfortable bed in a room that while reflected the age of the building was very clean with a great shower for the morning. An 11am check out was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again."

"- Room was great - Staff were great - Breakfast was decent enough. Cooked food could have been better, but it was sufficient. - Gym was ok, but the pool area wasn't the best. Changing room was dirty, pool was a bit merky and the sauna wasn't very hot. Overall, it was decent for the £95 we paid for b&b for the night for 3 people. Would go again, just not into the pool."
