"Tal vez porque era temporada alta, ví que el hotel no tenía la pulcritud de años anteriores. Algunos zancudos en la zona de la tienda. Algunas alfombras del lobby sucias/maltratadas. Personal de aseo en habitación, muy cortés. Parqueo insuficiente para la temporada."

"My take on the room… There was a separate/private room, but unfortunately it was very hard to sleep there. And the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bed near the sliding door felt unstable (tilted), the pillows were very hard. Service was okay, but it could easily be improved. For the price you pay per night, I expected a higher level of comfort and attention to detail. At check-out, no one asked how the stay was, I had to bring it up myself. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. I would love to recommend this place because the setting is beautiful, but these details should definitely be addressed. "

"This place was immaculate. Incredibly clean, practically had the place to ourselves. The kitchen was a great amenity to cook and make the space feel like your own. 5 minute walk to the beach and food making every very accessable."

"Overall ok experience. Seems that the Hotel does not communicate wel with Hotels.com. I was given the choice to pay upon check in...They charged my card two days prior to check in...exactly what I DID NOT want. Building is old. Staff is courteous. Birthday party at poolside one of the nights. Overall ok. "

"For a place that hasn’t been open too long, the inside of your room is a little run down (shower rotting for example but my guess is it is from the water and humidity). Every single person who works here was amazing. The sweetest humans who made me feel welcome. I was also traveling solo, and everyone made me feel very safe. It’s a quiet property for the most part & very relaxing. Nice to walk along the beach and since the property is right by the water, you can watch the sunrise/sunset very easily. The restaurant was really good too. I would book my next stay here just for the pure fact that the staff was genuinely so kind!!"
