I can’t express how much of a pleasure it was staying at Eco Suites. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They take pride in their work because there wasn’t one moment where they weren’t cleaning and keeping the place tidy. The included breakfast was amazing, they give you three options and even accommodated for my diabetic sister in giving her a meal she could properly enjoy. The staff was always there to help if we needed anything and even helped us with our luggage without thinking twice. I highly recommend staying here and would give it 10 stars if I could.

For a place that hasn’t been open too long, the inside of your room is a little run down (shower rotting for example but my guess is it is from the water and humidity). Every single person who works here was amazing. The sweetest humans who made me feel welcome. I was also traveling solo, and everyone made me feel very safe. It’s a quiet property for the most part & very relaxing. Nice to walk along the beach and since the property is right by the water, you can watch the sunrise/sunset very easily. The restaurant was really good too. I would book my next stay here just for the pure fact that the staff was genuinely so kind!!

Pros: -The outdoor lounge area was beautiful, very comfortable and a great setting. -The breakfast here was delicious and quick. -Can entry and exit right onto the beach. Cons: -The rooms were a bit underwhelming -Our bathroom had a constant puddle in it either from the sink or shower leaking -The pillows weren’t very comfortable -The room had a bit of an odd smell to it. I was expecting a bit of a better room as the outside was done beautifully. I think they should have the option for family members to come visit without any troubles if they’re buying drinks at the bar and not causing trouble. My family originally wanted to stay here but rooms were unavailable when they went to book but became available 2 hours later when I had messaged them. They were asked to leave but the three of us had no problem going to their hotel and using their pool/bar. We also had messaged about a late check in as our plane was 3 hours delayed which was replied to as no issue but when we got there security didn’t seem to know we were coming, he requested our room number but we did not receive one via WhatsApp or online so there was a bit of a wait to get to our room.

Great stay ! Amazing time ! Enjoy all amenities and interacting with locals.Jorge the supervisor was amazing with frequent check in to make sure we were comfortable and accommodate us well especially since flights to NYC was canceled due to storm. Great workers especially at the bar by the pool they went above and beyond . Try that coco loco drink . I will definitely recommend this stay. Only setback was the shower water could be a lil warmer. However after a day or two your body gets use to it.
