"The facilities were dated, which I knew going in. But I wasn’t prepared for the level of decline: none of the restaurants/bars were open (permanently, it seems), the front desk was hardly staffed, the lobby wasn’t an inviting place to spend time. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the onsen (hot spring bath). But no meals was unexpected & a bit inconvenient. "とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。朝ごはん美味しかった！お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて良かった！(女湯のみのよう) ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます "

"The hotel was amazing! Just driving to the guest house to check in, we saw Mt. Fuji. The staff during check in were so friendly and kind. Our room was magnificent! It was huge! The in room open air onsen was so wonderful. We could see Mt. Fuji as we relaxed in the onsen. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. We loved our stay, and wish we would have booked more nights at this awesome resort. "
