"The air conditioning was not controllable from the room so it was freezing in the room. Had to waste electricity by opening the wi do’s to warm the room. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"From outside hotel appearance isn't that inviting, but inside the hotel has a warm inviting appearance. Biggest plus was the welcome from the staff and the general helpfulness. Room was a bit dated, but was comfortable. Location excellent for onward train station connections."

"Staff was excellent Hotel is clearly aged and tired but kept clean. The room we booked was spacious with comfortable bed. Bathroom was crammed and oddly configured. Sink was right next to toilet so when i sit down my face is in the sink. The bathrub is also very small and shower is weak. The hotel definitely needs a renovation to renew the property. Overall the location was great and convenient. Our 3 night stay went back pretty quickly so not too bad at the end."

"Great location. Easy to the metro and the Duomo is just around the corner. Has a lovely courtyard - but it is a mixed use with residential and rules about usu g the courtyard. The kitchen could use additional basics such as a kitchen towel but has the basic requirements."
