It was really great experience staying in Super 8 Mundelein. Staff is very nice and polite check in was very easy and quick and the room which they gave me is so nice and clean can't complain about anything in the room. And it's very quite at night which I like the most. Thank you super 8 it was a wonderful experience.

Nice television, comfy bed, strong, hot shower. Room smelled bad, lampshade, missing, toilet, slow to flush. It’s good though that they give vouchers to homeless people and feed them. And the breakfasts were great.

It should be mandatory for hotels housing people on a semi-permanent basis to divulge that, it made for an unpleasant experience. The police were there every day sometimes multiple times a day. You could not get near the breakfast buffet, they were often out of items.

Room 103 has a sour smell to it. Sheets were stained. Owner is rude. I’ve stayed at multiple super 8 across the country and never had a bad experience until this one. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!
