Amazing stay for the price. Staff on the reception was always helpful in our two night stay. They guided us through the stay as it was our first time in Chicago. Shuttle service was efficient. Breakfast had cheese omelets, sausage, cereal, peanut butter, fruits, coffee/tea etc. Overall happy with the stay.

Room was fine and clean no problem. During my stay there was always a mess in the lobby. There was spilt on the floor and was there for hours. Also during my stay around 5-6 in the morning everyone was awaken by the fire alarm and had to leave our room. You’d expect maybe an extended stay for an hour or maybe that’s asking too much but not even an apology was given.
