The staff is very attentive. The two ladies at the front desk are amazing. The cleaning staff and breakfast staff are so helpful and friendly. The room layouts are extremely efficient and similar to what you would see in Asia without any loss of comfort.

The staff was top notch. The security was good, but the elevators were difficult to operate because of it. The room was right on the red line and with the air conditioning made it very noisy at night. Over all a good hotel. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed staying here in Chinatown. Hotel felt new. Staff was nice. Breakfast was plentiful. Parking was helpful and it was nice to go in and out whenever and still only pay for a day. I would stay again.
