The rooms were nice and updated. There was a fridge which was a nice surprise! Plenty of outlets and usb plug ins. We were able to walk everywhere because it was right by the red line. The staff were friendly and courteous. Javier was in the breakfast area and it was so nice to start the day out with his enthusiasm. There were a lot of breakfast options.

There was a lot I didn't like. My room was super small. Not nearly as nice looking as the web site shows. So small there was no room for a lounge chair or sofa. The only thing I had to sit on was the desk chair or the bed. No robes as advertised. A very small bathroom. A single person's room. Only two elevators for 16 floors and one was down for repair so only one and it took a long long time to get up to my room and get back down. Elevator stopped at every floor in between 2 and 14 to pick up or drop off people, Bed had a hump in the middle so I felt like I was always sliding off. Closet was only about 18 inches wide and only one drawer in the room to put items. Free breakfast buffet was a joke.

Property was centrally located, close to the red line. Breakfast offered a variety of options. A small service request was promptly attended to. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel on either end of our stay (we arrived very early on one day, and left late on another). No complaints!
