Would stay again!
Room was spacious. Poolside was where I spent most my time. Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff was also very friendly. Would stay again for sure.

Great helpful staff, corner room on top floor in building with restaurant was very quiet and nice. Nice lounging area next to very accessible pool centrally located. Would diffinitely stay again.

Everything was ok. The only issue is the room has a lot of mosquitos. Breakfast spread is limited but ok since we are not heavy eaters for breakfast.

Not a fan of this hotel. While the staff were very nice, the rooms a/c barely worked, walls are super thin and bed is like sleeping on a rock. Thankfully, we were only here overnight.

A nice hotel fir a budget traveler
This could be a much better hotel if they paid attention to detail. No soap in three bathroom. Only one small tube of shower gel. Ask for more if you need it. No shower curtains. The bathroom becomes so messy. Breakfast is good and they make eggs as you like. Staff is very polite and responsive to your needs. Location is good. You have to take Tuk tuck or a taxi to shopping about 5-10 min drive. Best part was taking breakfast by the pool side. For someone on a budget it is a good choice. We are seniors and have higher expectations. There is nothing “Boutique “ about this hotel.

They have tried their very best despite Covid
The staff did their very best to maintain high standard of service despite Covid restrictions, it was just a shame that restaurant had to remain closed. On the day I left for the airport for an early flight to Bangkok there was a sudden downpour and no taxis to be found and so the owner kindly took me in her car herself. How many hotels show their guests that much consideration. Thank you again.

CM staycation trip
Wonderful boutique resort, in the heart of the CM city, friendly staff, and helpful. My only remark, for breakfast we were not greeted and not introduced what kind of food we will receive. Will definitely recommend this place to friend and family. Cheers, Cedric

Great Hotel
This was a great hotel and excellent value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast is what you come to expect in this part of the world. Couldn't fault it apart from not having an additional mirror in the bedroom.

The staff at the hotel is amazing. They're always there to help you. The hotel is located in a great area near the ancient walled City. It's imperfect walking distance to everything. What's great as it's far enough away to where it's quiet at night

Okay hotel, can be better
The service was good. They were really there for us. However, we could hear our neighbors all night long. And we met with some insects inside the room. The location is good for visiting the old city of Chiangmai or going to the night bazaar.

I really love the property's location. it's close enough to the action yet far enough away to where you can sleep at night. Very quiet. The staff is very pleasant, always nice. They are very helpful.

This is a lovely boutique hotel, not far from the Saturday night street markets. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly however there were a few small issues that had a negative impact on our stay. The construction work for stage 2 of the hotel taking place directly opposite our room which was not mentioned on any of the booking sites, and the fact that the pool was not correctly maintained resulting in it being green (& in our opinion not useable) by the end of our stay. Staff advised that they were having the pool cleaned soon, however we could not use it for the last 2 days of our week in Chiang Mai which was unfortunate given the almost 40C temperatures at the time. There was an issue with the air conditioning not working one night, however staff quickly switched us to another room of the same standard. We would definitely stay again in the future, once the new construction is finished & hopefully the pool maintenance will be of a standard that matches the rest of the hotel.

The room was ok, hard and flat pillows. Even at the highest floor, you have a free wakeup call by rooster every mornings. Lots of tv channels and I loved the bathrobe. Pool seems to lack chlorine. Breakfast is terrible, you should go to restaurants instead. Location is good but not in the modern area.

Beskidt på værelse, bad/toilet og gange. Klædeskabets låger var i udu, så de blev fjernet = åbent klædeskab. Lå lidt for afsides til div. "liv", så der skulle praktisk talt benyttes transport hver gang til et sted.
