Hotel is very old and has not been updated for a long time. Carpets in the corridors were very dirty. Shower didn't work when we checked in and the bathroom light was broken. Breakfast was mostly inedible.

Hotel canceled at last minute, no explanation

Hotel canceled on me, without explanation, less than an hour before I headed to the airport, so I scrambled to find another hotel at the last minute. I don't know what was going on, but it wasn't easy finding a hotel I liked at the last minute. Not a happy camper.

Hotel was well situated, the swimming pool was OVER COLD nobody warned to use it and staff at pool when told were rude. The hotel entrance is 100% Not wheelchair friendly because of the ramp. I had to chase room cleaners EVERY DAY asking for shampoo or water or coffee so with these issues I won't be returning to the hotel in future

Best hotel in Chiang Mai :-)))

Customer friendliness is very important here! When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted very friendly. The hotel is very clean and there was disinfectant available everywhere. You could feel that the staff worked very well together. When I checked out I forgot my wallet in the room and only noticed this at the airport. After a call, I was informed that my wallet was found. I had a big amount of cash and all of my cards in it. 10 minutes later 2 receptionists brought my wallet to the airport and nothing was missing. I recommend this hotel to everyone. You will rarely find such an honest and friendly team. Thank you so much
