Quiet area. Nice staff. Room was ok but bathroom needs some updating. Breakfast not so good. No secure place to leave bags after and before check In / Out.

This hotel's location is perfect. The breakfast is simple but adequate. Pool is small and can be noisy with small children throughout our stay, so we appreciated the pool hours of not opening until 10am. Staff was friendly and room was large. The two major dislikes we had were the smoking benches situated at the immediate entrance of the hotel. Also, the wifi in our room was not consistent or reliable so if you're planning on needing this amenity you should probably stay elsewhere.

Great property in the heart of the old city. Rooms are clean and functional, with nice little balconies overlooking the pool here. Very close to Wat Chedi Luang (one of the main temples), many restaurants and the night markets are a short walk away or even better get a Tuk Tuk! Would definitely recommend as this hotel proved great value for money.

Well located in Chiang Mai old town. Walking distance to most everything. Restaurants close by, would recommend the Chala Number 6 (back of restaurant overlooking the garden), excellent ambience and very good value. Viangluang itself was a bit lacking in amenities, no bar no evening dining but plenty of options around it. Very friendly staff
