We had a wonderfull stay (4 nights). Great service, Staff is great and very helpful. Breakfast is good and the hotel is very centrally located, walkable to the night market with lots of food and shopping options around. Area also felt very safe even at night. Will stay here again for sure.

Le Bis is a very comfortable hotel. The rooms are small but very clean and well maintained. They serve a very nice breakfast buffet. It is no more than a 10 minute walk to night bizarre. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I had a very wonderful experience in spending my 4 days working holiday in Le Bis Hotel. Firstly, the Guest Service Agent provided useful information and assistance to help me prepare the journey. After the arrival, the reception staff were eager to help and oriented me well. All of them were friendly, enthusiastic and were good attitude. The breakfast prepared by Le Bis hotel was high-quality. Their meal was in high standard, comparable to the big hotels nearby. The environment here was comfortable and quiet. I did not hear noise at night, with comfortable sleep every night. The cleaning staff were diligent. They tidied up my bedroom promptly in the morning. I worked in a nearby hotel in the first two days of my trip. When I returned to Le Bis Hotel at noon, the cleaning staff had already cleaned up my room and refilled the stuff. The night I checked out, the reception staff helped me to call a taxi. One of their staff even offered me a bottle of cold water, a very warm experience. Overall, this is a pleasurable experience in staying at Le Bis Hotel. For sure, I will again stay at this hotel next time been to Chiang Mai, a lovely, quiet and relaxing city. Dear Le Bis Hotel staff, keep on your good work! See you again in the future.

Overall the staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was basic. Good location - only a 10 minute walk to the night bazaar. However, the rooms are quite small and the walls are thin (could hear our neighbours TV).

Nice property and kind staff. The room was surprisingly small and they charged for an extra room key (only one included). The mattress was rock hard and felt like a box spring. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t be able to stay any longer.

Family travelling with 2 young adult daughters. Assigned 3 rooms on the same floor. Overall: Poorly maintained, chipped cupboards, missing toilet roll holders, fridge that isn't cold at all, stained floormats, grey bedlinen and towels. Very dirty floors & window sill. Only cheap shampoo and body soap (Neon pink and green) provided. No hand towel, no vanity kit, no slippers, no toothbrush, no POOL, no SECURITY. Daughter's room, keycard didn't work, went to reception 5x before changing to another room. This was worse, the tap was loose & wobbly, the keycard holder was stuck on to the wall with a tape in the room, loose wiring under the sink. Another room change, aircon in this room didn't work, at 16C, it felt like 28C. Our room, sooty & ashy, bedsheets were peppered with ashy/soot dots, when you rub it it leaves a trail of ash. Room changed to 2nd floor, no fridge, very very filthy floors Pool: The pool was full of leaves & bugs, filter pump was not running. Asked the evening manager, he said it "wasn't maintained". Security: No keycard entry or staff presence at all times On 13/3 The hotel staff opened our's daughter's room door with their master key while they were in the room. It was the night manager & another male staff. The mgr apologised but had no answer about his actions. Staff: Day receptionist, grumpy, sour-faced & impatient. Night manager, 20 year old son of owner, zero experience. was told that the owners have just taken back the management of LeBis

Hemos llegado sobre la media noche a realizar el check in y al llegar me dicen en la recepción que no me están esperando que y mi día comienza apartir del 30 y que era solo una noche cuando tenía la reserva apartir del 29 y eran dos noches. Nos han dado la Habitación y hemos ingresado y nos encontramos con una habitación llena de polvo llena de zancudos y con un olor a polvo que al otro día amanecimos un poco enfermos. En las fotos no muestra la realidad del mugre del baño y en especial de la ducha, el desayuno un poco básico pero lo único por rescatar es que es un hotel de bajo costo con una buena ubicación pero si puedes hospedarte en otro hazlo ya que además de eso la recepcionista es muy brusca al momento de atender ha sido la Única persona no amable ni amigable de lo que llevo conociendo Thailand
