Check in and out was smooth, staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone who we interacted with knew how to speak English. Our included breakfast was delicious and made quickly after ordering. Our room was clean and they provided free bottled water. All the important markets were within 1.5 miles or less from the hotel. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful, well appointed rooms, extremely helpful staff, property felt like an oasis in the center of Chiang Mai. Restaurant and food on site, not so great, did not carry a number items listed on menu, food was mediocre especially for the price, however the wait staff tried very hard and were excellent!

What a gem! I have stayed at a few other places around Chiang Mai, but this would now be my first choice. Love the location and Thai design. It has all the amenities. I would not buy their breakfast, but otherwise this was a fabulous stay.

This is my second time in Thailand so I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels across the country, and this was by far and away the best place I’ve ever stayed. The staff is warm and accommodating. They were able to help us book all the things we wanted to do easily, and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend having a soak in the bathtub! The breakfast is delicious, and the lunch and dinner is not bad either if you dont feel like leaving. There are tons of extra amenities like happy hour and the pool that we did not take advantage of but looked incredible. This is a great hotel in the heart of old town. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very good experience staying in the hotel. The team from old city hotel provided unforgettable service to us. Bell boy was smart, front desk staff were pretty and professional, staff from the restaurant are perfect, always giving us a big smile, the room inside is exactly the same with the pictures, room is clean, big, strong air-conditioning, excellent speakers, free wifi, the bed is big and comfortable. We will definitely come back to the hotel from next vacation in chaing mai!!!

The location was off a main road but still felt peaceful and quiet. I loved the staff and vibe. We enjoyed sparkling wine and snacks by the pool and ate at the restaurant onsite for one dinner as well. I would absolutely come back to this hotel again in the future!

The property is amazing with very friendly staff. They do have dogs near by that will bark in the mornings. But they have a court mandated agreement with the owners that if it exceeds 20 minutes, the staff will talk to them about it.
