Good Hotel
Good location, but I would say that for the price, I had a better experience in a smaller hotel not too far away. Overall, it's a good hotel to choose if in Chiang Mai.

All in all. I always have a great experience at the hotel. The staff are polite. The rooms are very clean. The only small downside is that the gym area is needs a bit cleaning. However, I can’t praise the hotel overall!!!!

Staff is nice at the location, however worst 5 star hotel ever. Do not book here, pictures are fake. Bathroom is outdated and dirty. Pictures of bathroom on Expedia is not their hotel. Room also doesn’t look like on Expedia. Complained to the manager and they admit it’s not their photos. They said it would be taken off but it’s still there. We left early and had to pay for another hotel that’s much cleaner.

Excellent location in the heart of the night market area. Hotel has been recently refurbished, so it looks very nice on the inside. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff service is exceptional, pleasant, and helpful.

The airline lost my bag and it was delivered to the hotel. Reception rang the room but we were out. They didn’t leave a note to tell me the bag was there.

Excellent location right by the night bazaar. Lots of international food options everywhere. The breakfast buffet has good options. Did not try the other hotel restaurant but it looked pretty popular and has good prices. The outdoor pool deck is very nice and has an outdoor bar. The pool is non-heated so kinda chilly. The room was totally fine. Nice bathroom. Overall wonderful stay.

Great rates, helpful staff especially for a non-native speaker. Located near restaurants, street market, live music, thai boxing, michelin star restaurants, and other retail stores. Property is clean, well maintained, with pool, gym, and an ample breakfast offering. Would certainly go again.
