"The OZO is a serene oasis tucked just away from a bustling street. The service was excellent and the rooms were clean. The hotel staff were always available to help and assisted us with booking and planning a last minute tour of the island. The beach is easily accessed and beautiful. "Every aspect of the facility and our experiences there were outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is regarding dairy housekeeping. The staff are wonderful but they are provided with a broom rather than a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The result is some accumulation of dust etc in the corners and remote areas of the room. Understanding that speed of turnover is important, but in light of the low cost and high availability of labor, hiring additional workers and purchasing vacuum cleaners...

"We enjoyed our stay at Amari. The pools were great, the breakfast was amazing ( it was almost like a dinner with the variety) The staff were pleasant. The only thing that was not as we had hoped was the beach. In front of the hotel, there is a lot of algae and is very shallow. However, if you walk 10 minutes down the beach, it is gorgeous. As long as you are OK to take a little walk, you will find a stunning, clear beach. "
