Receptionist were very accommodating and friendly. The room is very spacious and smells good. We are so satisfied, as there are two bathrooms inside. No long wait while somebody is using them. The best part is their breakfast, aside from the good food, the staff assigned at the breakfast room was very helpful and keeping the room organized and clean. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

While the hotel doesn’t look to be in the best part of the city, it’s very well taken care of on the inside. The room, lobby, breakfast area, and parking lot were very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of options, and very well stocked. Overall, definitely a great place to stay at a great price, too.

Hotel is clean, however it looks really dated and a is in a slightly depressed area. The breakfast, especially the Banana nut bread is superb and makes everything better!

Property was great for the price point in Windsor instead of paying double or triple at the casino. Easy walking distance to the main strip plus the casino. Breakfast was great and the worker on staff was great the entire time we were dining.

Staff at hotel were amazing. Location is a bit sketchy due to soup kitchen across the street but we didnt have any issues while we were there. The odd wanderer in the courtyard using (illegal substances) but were quickly removed by police. Close walk to downtown life and casino and river. For the price overall was a great stay. Would recommend
