"On the positive side the staff were really good. Excellent service and very helpful and friendly. The food was good both for breakfast and evening meal. On the negative side, it's an old building and is showing it's age. The floor in our room had a noticeable slope (disconcerting when you get out of bed at night). There was no hot water one evening for a few hours. Seems no-one had spotted the boiler was off."

The staff were also very welcoming and helpful. This is the first time we have used the Sidcot Arms for a pre flight overnight stay and we certainly intend to use it again. The corridors are also well carpeted, thereby minimising noise from arriving and departing guests"
