When I first arrived, I noticed a wasp nest on the balcony, the bedroom door was hanging on by a few screws, a ding in the other door and we were promised cooking ware, we received a frying pan and lids to pots that we didn’t have. Overall my stay was satisfactory, the morning shift clerk was extremely helpful, other shifts not as helpful. Would I stay again, not sure, even though it’s very close to everything you may need, like restaurant and other stores.

The couch was filthy. Dirty and stained. No housekeeping. This was not articulated to me, until I checked in. Loose bathroom sink faucet. A dirty. crusty pan in cabinet. The dining area table was Dirty, looked like what appeared to be blood on it, but I wasnt sure. Even with all these issues, the room wasn't terrible. Until the morning of my check out, I was finishing breakfast, and I saw a ROACH scurry across the kitchen floor. I immediately packed my belongings and checked out 4 hours earlier than I planned. The only true positives were that the young lady that checked me in, and out was very delightful, and accommodating. and the bed was very comfortable.

Yes although i didnt travel with my pet this time this feels like home actually the staff is amazing and always in the best mood which is great because even if ur day is bad we come home to them and thats what is different ablut the atmosphere here and im actuality comfortable just wish it was more affordable

I like it came down for holidays we stay from 24 to 28 I brought my sons and grandson felt like I was in my own apartment gave my family the space we needed & didn't have to stay with family it's very affordable staff was courteous right near waffle house 2 min drive 15 min loved the fact they had washers and dryers in rooms no one was on top of each other

Second time staying here, first time was in 2025… property is pretty standard, nothing special but definitely comfortable… staff is very nice and helpful. Room was clean but looked worn with some staining on the table and kitchen chairs. Plus points for having washer and dryer in room, however my washer had such a foul mildew smell that opted not to wash any clothes…

I wish I could give this hotel 💯 x 💯 stars! I absolutely love it! I will only stay at this hotel anytime I visit Charlotte Nc in the future! I can’t think of a single negative thing about this place! The rates are great the staff is phenomenal the hotel itself is immaculate! Housekeeping is amazing! 1, 2, and 3 BEDROOM suites and full size kitchens (with full cupboards) with IN ROOM dishwasher, WASHER, AND DRYER. I had a 3 bedroom that had 2 bathrooms! There is a gas light fire pit as well as the grills! They don’t hold your deposit past the time you check out! Parking is extremely convenient. Very secluded but easy to find and the neighborhood is great with stores within 5 mins including foodlion gas and restaurants! THEY ALSO HAVE LEASES for long term stays! I honestly have been thinking of transferring my job to charlotte just to live there 😂 — Seriously I have! Only thing that could make this better is a pool or pond to match the name “WaterWalk” and breakfast but hey you have a full kitchen in room! I will be staying again soon and maybe even permanently!
