The staff are excellent and the facilities are great. This Hyatt is perfectly located near the airport and has access to a lot of dining without having to go into uptown. Great place to stay.

My wife and I would definitely stay here again. It’s clean with friendly staff and nice decor. The breakfast had wonderfully fluffy eggs and good meat choices. We even had left over steak that we microwaved and made our own steak and eggs. It’s close to the airport, downtown, rock hill, Carowinds, and the white water park.

The room was lovely and a nice size. Great location. Was in town for a concert and the hotel was packed, however, it was still quiet and we enjoyed the stay. Only downside was the bathroom was surprisingly small and the sink and mirror was located in outside of the actual bathroom. Other than that I would highly recommend!
