I like that the rooms are big and spacious. I like that there is a full size fridge along with sink, dishwasher, microwave, and small stove top. The only concern we had was it was warm in the bedroom and the fan didn't work.

Absolutely a good hotel with dedicated staff and situated in a friendly environment that enabled me some walking distance to catch up with my itineraries for the day likewise some breathe taking restuarant/spots to hang out there in without been atacked by hoodlums

The room had about everything you can imagine! Full size fridge with icemaker, utensils, plates, bowls, microwave, hair dryer, etc. Very good value!

Overall it was a good price but the front desk service sucked ! My towels smelled like yuckkk . Then my handle in the bathroom was already tore up & I made sure the front desk knew so I wouldn’t be getting charged . The area was safe , the cafe beside it was awesome . Will not be back

I stayed in room 211 on 2/3/25 and the room had been smoked in a lot at some point by previous guests. Smelled lile an effort was made to cover up smoke smell but i still smelled it. Only there 1 night so i dealt with it. Staff is always great!

The staff where amazing and vary helpful the place for the most part was clean only complaints i have was the floors could have been mopped and swept better and the one bedroom suit could use a fan in the actual room instead of the living room only and last but not least they should upgrade the old tv out for roku or smart tv that way people could just use they're account and stream of the tv instead of hotel paying for cable but ill definitely use this hotel when ever i visit Charlotte north carolina again

So the employees were great. Friendly helpful. Trash cans by elevators overflowing bags sitting on top of cans. Smelled like people smoking pot outside doors. Place kinda run down. Entry door by elevator broken.
