"Lovely property but hard to keep the gardens at their best with the current drought in Hampshire. Our room #3 was beautiful, good shower and bathroom, very comfortable bed. The outdoor seating area could use a clean up around the the apple tree but no doubt hard to do given the hot summer weather. The fish and chips was terrible. The full English breakfast was good. Overall a lovely stay. West Meon is a beautiful village. Unfortunate about all the drivers who race through the main road of the village. Almost got run over trying to cross the road. Maybe speed bumps could help."

"The house was great in a beautiful location and beautiful surroundings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of space to chill out and relax and play games. Only downside was some outside bins were already full, and clear signage to help with when those bins need to be put out to be emptied would be very helpful. Great property and we would stay again."

"What a delightful stay at a lovely place. The grounds are so peaceful and the views are great too. The food was delicious and high quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment were the selfish guests who insisted on bringing their dogs into the breakfast room. The dogs snapped and snarled at each other and the owners then fed them bits from their plates. Not what you want to sit next to at breakfast."

A stunning setting set within a quaint little village, lovely scenery, walks and sone exquisite little pubs serving good food and wine with a very welcoming atmosphere.Cheryl and Matt are lovely, a lovely welcome hamper of local bread, milk and fruit. Helpful, friendly and nothing is too much.Highly recommended and my words do not do it justice, you must visit x"
