Things were clearly missed. No soap or shampoo conditioner were filled in the bathroom. Dishes were in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer. They ask you to wash the towels when you leave, but don't provide laundry soap? Only some burners on the stove worked. They didn't have enough utensils and some of the kitchen tools didn't work. It was super hot the first night and didn't have AC to cool the place down. It helped opening windows. We also couldn't get the fireplace to work. The book should have provided more details about everything. "
