"Its a older hotel, roomy, and was there for a conference. There was older furniture in the rooms, could use some brighter paint in the rooms to lighten it up. Ac thermostat in room was accurately so I had to lower thermostat to try to cool off room. Some other folks rooms had the actual ac unit in their rooms which were cooler. Staff was very helpful. wyndam could spend some money and revamp the place. Needs a makeover. Convenient to airport across the driveway."

"Tienen chinches en el cuarto tengo video y reclamé a la gerencia y no me solucionaron nada. Me dijeron que tenían que hablar a Expedia y ellos se ponían en contacto con con el hotel y de ahí ellos me resolverían pero es un asco no dormí, salí con chinches picoteados con nuestro equipaje, obviamente contaminado y necesitamos que nos revise un médico"

"Great location, walking distance to downtown bars and restaurants. Clean and comfortable room, well appointed and a reasonable size. Staff were friendly and efficient. Parking in the attached multi storey was plentiful and easy to use. Would definitely stay again."

Requested to fill out a incident report, Gave me the email to manager and hotel number, was directed to contact her this way No sense of urgency, very disappointed"

"They charged me an extra day because a jacket was left behind. They lied ans said that a suitcase was left but when we went to get the jacket they said nothing about a suitcase. Horrible customer service, they made us wait over an hour to talk to the manager and all she did was lie about everything, to the point that her own staff apologized for her actions!!!"
