Pre-trip communication and response time was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with every detail of our stay. The manager made it a point to introduce himself when we arrived. The room was 10/10, and the location is as good as it gets in Zermatt. Views of the town and the Matterhorn were breathtaking.

"The house is absolutely beautiful as is the surrounding! We had an excellent stay. The staff (esp. Andrea) were very helpful with any enquiry. Everybody is really relaxed.
