"The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a vibe with a boutique feel. The hotel signature was pleasant and enhanced the warmth. The room were very clean and well laid out. The soap fragrance in the bathroom was a very strong scent but still pleasant."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Crossroads Hotel. The historical building (former Pabst warehouse and distribution center) leans heavily on its roots offering unique rooms where the architecture and associated attention to detail captures one’s interest – not your average hotel room! The rooftop bar is a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. The lobby bar offers comfortable seating with pool table and shuffleboard available for guests to enjoy some friendly competition. A large pizza oven offering bar snacks is available. It looked fantastic, but we did not have an opportunity to try any of the offerings. Valet parking is available, but we took advantage of the self-parking option a short walk down the street. The hotel is well positioned to take advantage of Union Station and local attractions. The free trolly line is a short walk providing easy access to downtown, museums and plaza. Last, but not least, the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. On your next visit to KC, give the Crossroads Hotel. We think you will enjoy it."

"The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean clothes. I cooked 3 out of 4 nights I was there, and there are a variety of pots/pans to that made cooking easy."
