Travelled solo, a nice hotel, large room, modern and clean. Lovely front desk team. Car park ia across the street, open air but they do allow you to park up and unload. Also, the streetcar is one block away and free, so it’s great for getting around without the car.

The staff were incredibly supportive and friendly. When I checked in the normal hotel parking garage was closed for reconstruction and the staff were happy to show me to the temporary lots just across the street. The day I checked out I was incredibly sick and one of the ladies there was super sweet and helped my friend load up the car so I could sit and rest. She also helped me get out to the car and made sure I didn't drop or leave anything behind. While we were staying we did have an issue with the bathroom door coming off the roller it was on so I had to turn into she-hulk and pull it fully off so we could get in and out of the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was clean, comfy, and a fair distance from the convention we were going to. I would definitely stay here again. 🙂
