The hotel had arranged for us to be picked up by taxi from the airport which is less than 15 mins away. When we arrived they greeted us with smiles and we were promptly shown to our room. The accommodation was well equipped with a comfortable bed, flat screen TV, good aircon, and large bathroom. There is a well maintained pool on the top floor, not too big but very good to cool down without having to go to the beach. The kitchen staff were happy to prepare breakfast orders on request

So the property is a bit of a walk from the main beach, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. There are a number of cool restaurants nearby and the hotel staff is very nice. They have plenty of areas to curl up and read a book and finally the breakfast option rock!

Beautifully appointed villa, great location and with very friendly staff. It was next door to the Shilla Monogram hotel which we frequented for food and drinks and the staff there were also very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend.

The staff were so helpful and keen to answer all of my questions. Especially Hoa and Thu, they are so nice, always ask for me about both the satisfied and dissatisfied items, definitely is a 100% satisfactory and pleasant experience in M Hotel, hotel also arrange some towel art decoration for me to celebrate this special trip. These two staff needed to be appreciated in person. Thank you for your excellent service and attitude.

Spacious beachfront villa with private dipping pool, steps from shore restaurant for breakfast . Easy to call buggy for villa pick up and then take a grab taxi to go into Hoi An old town.
