"What a beautiful property but not the best experience unfortunately. I chose this beautiful villa for the location and the gorgeous views for my birthday celebration. The first few days were good. However, the day of my birthday we were stuck inside the house with NO air conditioner and NO running water. I communicated this with the owner and he advised me he would get on it instantly. Unfortunately, me and my entire group of 8 were stuck in the house all day while we waited for all services to be rendered. This caused me to have to cancel our reservations for excursions and my birthday dinner for that day (deposits lost as well). We were refunded a small portion of the money but we don’t feel it sufficed as we lost time and money being stuck in the home with toilets filled with feces and urine and a home with no air conditioner in the hottest summer month. "

The property is perfect for families or groups traveling together—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made sharing the home with another family so easy.The location couldn’t be better—just 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to Sapodilla Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The views of Chalk Sound are absolutely breathtaking, and the property offers two pools, kayaks, and plenty of pool toys for the kids. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, plus tons of towels and utensils.The décor is a bit dated, but the house was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive from start to finish.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home with million-dollar views in Turks and Caicos, look no further. We would definitely stay here again"
