"We had an incredible stay at this 2-acre waterfront estate in Turks and Caicos! The property is perfect for families or groups traveling together—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made sharing the home with another family so easy.The location couldn’t be better—just 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to Sapodilla Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The views of Chalk Sound are absolutely breathtaking, and the property offers two pools, kayaks, and plenty of pool toys for the kids. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, plus tons of towels and utensils.The décor is a bit dated, but the house was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive from start to finish.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home with million-dollar views in Turks and Caicos, look no further. We would definitely stay here again"
"Overall this property was great. We enjoyed the pool and the water toys. The kitchen could use more cooking supplies like mixing bowls and serving bowls. The grill was out of gas and we didn’t have a grill set to cook with so keep that in mind if you plan on a BBQ. Master suite upstairs is bright in the morning, maybe they will add blinds under the curtains in the near future. This is a great location with walking distance to a fabulous restaurant La Brista( I think). Very clean house and beautiful outdoor sitting area to eat near the water. I highly recommend this place for your next vacation:) "
"We had three families - plenty of space for everyone to be together, and also spread out when they wanted to. Verona and Joel were super responsive, both leading up to our stay and during. Loved having the fitness area/nordic spa right on property. Views are amazing as well! House was well stocked and really had everything we needed! "
"Property was located right on the chalk sound. Our room had was clean and private. The property had plenty of chairs and a dock with kayaks to use. We took a couple trips around the islands in the sound. The view from our room was spectacular and never got old. Definitely need to rent a car to navigate the island. This property was just down the road from 2 of the best beaches sopadilla and Taylor bay. Restaurants and food on the south of the island wasn’t as good as some of the northern areas but it was a pretty quick drive up to those places. I would absolutely go back and stay here. "
