"The location was absolutely perfect, and the apartment was equipped with everything I needed. I loved how the windows opened wide, making the space feel bright and airy. Cozy and ideal for a weekend getaway, in a beautiful area that I truly enjoyed. Everything about the stay was pleasant - I’d be happy to return and can definitely recommend this place to others!"

"Location of property is a high point. However, taking bags up 7 flights of stairs and the lack of toiletries provided, along with no coffee or tea was really disappointing. The property owner should see what other properties provide guests, as this property owner is stingy."

"I brought my kids to Paris for the first time and we had such a happy time in this tiny apartment. The location is awesome - great restaurants, wonderful food shops, right on the edge of the Marais, really well connected to public transport and somehow really quiet too. The only downer was the occasionally intense smell of cigarette smoke in the common parts of the building but it didn’t permeate the flat which was clean and bright and comfortable. We would go back in a heart beat. "

"The appartment is clean and exactly as described in the site. Just little imperfections in the dors, and mirror, the ligths didnt work propertly and electric sources the same. In general the appartment is very very well placed, but the building seems old and not so nice. Neighbors complained just for the sound of my feets, so this dissapoint me a little bit because i was affraid event to hear music or talk in my phone."

"This was a clean, cute & comfortable little apartment in the Marais for a family of 4. Very clean & the management company was very responsive, including coming to the property when my husband and I were out & our teen daughters were having difficulty opening the door. No AC and on a narrow alley with little cross breeze, so if it had been very hot that week (it wasn’t), this would not have been ideal. But otherwise it’s a perfect and charming small apartment for a family - parents and kids."

"I stayed here in June. The apartment doesn’t have any aircon so it was really warm. It’s also a lot smaller than it appears online. Basically the bed is in this “loft” at the top which is so small you have to crawl to actually get onto the bed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is claustrophobic. "

"Even though the title of the unit is studio, on VRBO it is listed as a 2 bedroom unit with a bunk bed and oven. There are no interior doors in this unit, no bunk bed and no oven. Due to no doors or even curtains, you and your companion should be open to seeing the other naked showering. Another issue is the size of the bed is way too big for the space. My daugher and I who are on the slim end had to squeeze our legs into the space between the bed and the column. The checkin process was also...
