"Not very modern and a lack of facilities. No swimming pool or gym, no outside space to sit down and relax. Food ok."

"Rooms are clean but old. The shower is not good. A lot of people at the reception are but no one really acknowledge you when you pass them. Elevator is slow. Breakfast is way below mediocre. No amenities. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. "

The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall maintenance of the hotel seemed below standard. The staff was very responsive when issues were raised. The breakfast options were limited. The location may work for some travellers, but overall the service and quality did not meet expectations. I hope improvements are made in the future. "

The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. "The hotel is good pretty very well located and staff is friendly however the size of the room is unaceptable they are ridiculous small no even a closet or little table to place your belonging and luggage bed also extremelly small in reality children beds."
