It is a bare minimum/ no frill property. So, don't expect too many things. bathroom was small, clean and functional. Would have preferred a glass or two, napkins, and preferably a coffee machine/ hot water maker. Mattress had no fitting sheet so the bed spread kept sliding off exposing the mattress underneath. Overall, it serves the purpose and value for money. Staff were good and helpful. Breakfast decent, nothing fancy but again value for the money. Check-in and check-out were smooth.

Room quality is below average: the folding table is unstable and has no lighting, making it extremely uncomfortable as a work place, and there is no hot water in the sink which makes shaving an unpleasant experience.

The hotel is in a very nice and safe area. Breakfast is good. The room is very small and dark but it was fine by me. On check-out I left my luggage to be picked up later. However it was handed to another customer who did not notice the bag (which had no resemblance to theirs). It was fixed within 30 minutes with my bag sourced but it was a scare.

The area in which the hotel was in, did not have power. The hotel had a generator that only powered the general areas but not the rooms. The hotel advised to sleep in our rooms until electricity returned. Myself and my colleague opted for a nearby hotel with power. Hotel does not want to refund the 1 night we did not stay in their hotel because “it was outside of their control.” The only option given was to sleep in a room With power.

Limpeza precária, Roupas de cama terrível. Toalhas as piores que já usei, velhas rasgadas e mais fina do que uma folha de papel. Café da manhã muito ruim. A única coisa boa é a localização porém por ali tem várias opções. Ah é a cama não cabe um pessoa mediana.

O ambiente é limpo e organizado, e o café da manhã é excelente. No entanto, o quarto é muito pequeno. Os recipientes de sabonete e shampoo estavam vazios, o chuveiro deixou a desejar e havia apenas uma lixeira no banheiro. Também encontrei manchas de maquiagem na roupa de cama. Outro ponto foi o custo do frigobar: paguei R$ 37 por uma água e uma Smirnoff Ice. Quando solicitei um ferro de passar, já perto da meia-noite, fui informado de que deveria devolvê-lo em até 30 minutos, o que achei pouco prático. Por fim, senti falta de uma touca de banho, principalmente porque o chuveiro não oferece uma boa experiência. Com alguns ajustes nesses detalhes, a estadia poderia ser muito melhor.

O café da manhã era excelente e o quarto silencioso. A cortina blackout não fechava perfeitamente, mas nada que atrapalhasse muito. O quarto era pequeno, mas suficiente para uma noite. Ar condicionado e cama eram ótimos, bem como a limpeza do banheiro.

Quebrei um dente comendo o pão de queijo do café da manhã. Fiquei metade do meu sábado para conseguir e realizar o tratamento odontológico. Comuniquei ao atendente do hotel quando retornei. O rapaz foi muito gentil 3 me informou que passaria as informações para que alguém do hotel me respondesse. Até hoje nada. Falei com a equipe da recepção pela manhã também e não fizeram nada. Fiquei bastante decepcionada e com um prejuízo enorme.
