"Even before we arrived, I knew we would have a great experience, mainly because of a series of email exchanges with Richard. On arrival and for 5he 2 days we were there, we were impressed with the detail and thoughtfulness of this hospitality. Beautiful house on top of a hill, close to the vieneyards and concert venue, excellent breakfasts and the added extra of transport to and from bimbadgen made this a stay to remember. An incredible cheese platter and a bottle of bubbly, sitting on the verandah taking in the wonderful views over Paterson. A great night sleep , then a delicious breakfast brought to our room. "We had the best time staying at HV Cooperage B&B. Gay and Warren were perfect hosts, so friendly and there to help with whatever we needed. They even let us check out late at such short notice. The breakfast both mornings was amazing (sorry I couldn’t finish all my pancakes, Warren!). The room itself was very comfortable and spacious with thoughtful touches (port wine, coffee pods, milk, biscuits, etc) and had a private entrance that led onto the porch where you could sit and drink wine in front...

"Wow wow wow what a fantastic spot. My room was perfect.... the bed was so comfy with high quality bedding better than any I’ve ever had in any hotel the little cottage was amazing instantly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was left in the little kitchenette to enjoy at your leisure with delicious eggs and fresh bread. I’d highly recommend this little place and hope to be back very soon. Everything was so wonderful. "

"Maddie’s is a beautiful character home. Our room was absolutely sparking clean and beautifully furnished. The staff went beyond what we expected, even provided a sewing kit and set up an ironing board! A full delicious breakfast was served topped off with freshly made muffins and barista-made coffee. This was our first stay but definitely will not be our last!"

The house was amply spaced for the 7 of us, it had everything we needed including oil, coffee, a lovely selection of tea. It’s the perfect comfortable base to the hunter region. I cannot recommend this place enough. To top it off, communication with Jodie the host was quick, easy and hassle free- overall a great experience and we’ll cherish forever."
