"Overall, the stay was fine, but the cleanliness of the room and toilet was disappointing. It would have been much more comfortable if the washroom hadn’t been stinking when we checked in. Additionally, we found hairs on the kids’ bed sheet, and there was a noticeable amount of dust under the coat. My first stay at this hotel was a good experience, which is why I chose to return but unfortunately, this time didn’t meet the same standard."

"We had an amazing stay over the Easter holiday. The location of Harrigan's makes it easy to enjoy all the benefits of the Hunter Valley. The staff provided fantastic customer service and the longest we waited for a meal was 15min, which was amazing for the amount of people ordering meals."
