"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment between Christmas and New Year. The apartment is well located beside slope 3, and therefore a short walk/pole ski to the piste in the morning and then a short ski down to a convenient chairlift to access the slopes. With the advantages of ski in/out it does mean that the apartment is a 10 minute walk down the hill into town (and back up) for restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is newly redecorated with comfortable furnishings and bedrooms....

"We really enjoyed this beautiful apartment. Raul was a great host and very easy to work with. The apartment is updated nicely and was very clean. The view from this apartment is very beautiful. "It was very well located, clean, well equipped, warm and quiet. Lovely sunny open plan living space. The spiral staircase is steep and narrow - worth noting (but not an issue for us). Martijn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We arrived (as planned) at 4pm and our accommodation wasn’t ready which was frustrating after a very early start/long journey. A big bunch of unmarked keys took a bit of getting used to. we would highly recommend the property."

"This was a top property, very well maintained by an owner who cares for his guests. It was within in easy walking distance to all parts of the town. The breakfast was good and the staff could not help you enough and went out of their way when required. Tip for anyone heading to Switzerland, get the Swiss half fare card. We recouped our costs on two attractions in Zermatt and had already saved a lot."

"Our room was delightful. We stayed in room 7 and had a small balcony with a phenomenal view of the Matterhorn. The attached bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was included and our hostess Valentina was just delightful. We did not evening dine at the restaurant downstairs, but we did have a carryout pizza from Marlo‘s, which is just up the street and was around 22 CHF for a decent size pizza. My son and I sat on the balcony and had pizza enjoyed the tremendous view. I could not imagine any restaurant in town would have a better vantage point than what we experienced. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to anywhere. The train station was about a six minute walk. "
